I am very attached to this ministry. I don’t know why, maybe it’s because of the children or maybe because of the family who ministries there. I do not know, but I just love to go there and to be involved, the way I can.

Last Tuesday a Christian ministry went to Hulubesti and offered to take all the kids to a summer camp. It’s a blessing to know they have this desire to help the kids. Last year we only could afford sending 7 of them in a camp. This year we’re praying for the money and anything else the children might need to go in a real vacation. For most, might be their first. God will take care of this as well.

Most of what I do is to teach the children how to read and write. It’s encouraging to see progress. Children that should have been in the 4th or 5th grade are still struggling sometimes to even draw a circle. But we already have books from school and we’re trying to follow the right curriculum.

Hulubesti is a place where, every time I go I sense a great joy. And all the more as I see the progress the children make in their learning.
