Friends and partners of ECM 2007,
A heart felt thank you for your prayers and support through the years. Thank you for enabling us to travel to Armenia for the 6th consecutive year to preach the gospel at youth meetings and strengthen the brethren through encouragment.

Thanks to the dynamic ministry in Armenia our service now includes ministry in Georgia and Nagorno Karabakh. Led by our friend Asatur Nahapetyan, General Secretary of the Baptist churches in Armenia, we are now helping the work in Georgia in Armenian speaking churches.
We met some youth from churches in the cities of Akhalkalaki and Akhaltsikhe. Small gatherings but very eager to serve our Lord and spread the gospel!

Please pray for Pastors Sasun and Valera. They need help of all types for anyone interested to help. Next we traveled to Nagorno Karabakh, an independent region within the Muslim country of Azerbaijan. This was our 3rd year of having a youth conference there. It was very encouraging to meet many who have come to previous years.
For 70 years under Soviet control no Gospel was heard there in a public form.
Pray for this area as we seek to help plant new churches in partnership with the 2 churches there now. Back to Yerevan the capital of Armenia. A follow up meeting with the youth who came this May for the conference then. About 200 came for some preaching, food and fellowship. Pastor David Foster of Morganton, N.C. was our partner of our trip this year. He taught in the seminary in Armenia for a week. Then came to Karabakh and did preaching in a number of churches and meetings.

Finale note. All the youth in these countries long to have fellowship with some Romanian youth. We are praying for one another. We are sharing a common vision of asking our Lord for 10% of Europe to be saved. To bring a team of youth to serve there next June we will need airfare for the team.
Anyone who has a heart to help please visit our website at www.ecmromania.ro.
